We had a wonderful Christmas stay with great views of the snow festival. The room was spacious and clean with helpful in-room service. We appreciated the affordable restaurants on site, especially the delicious buffet breakfast. The hotel's proximity to the Tiger Park was convenient for us as animal lovers, and we even found a free shuttle to other attractions.

We were disappointed in the frequency of the shuttle service to other tourist spots, which was infrequent and time-consuming. we wished the staff had informed us about the shuttle earlier to save us money on taxis.

the exclusive amenities in the room, including the spa lounge and treatment room, fulfilled our needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were amazing, and the full body massage was one of the best we've ever had.

The only minor issue we experienced was the location, which could be a bit farther from the central street. the hotel provided us with a shuttle service to get around the city easily.

Not one thing.

The hotel is pretty new, so everything is clean and shining. Plus, they had great water pressure in the shower which is always a plus. the staff were really eager to help and friendly. It was located pretty close to the Ice and Snow festival, so we had a lovely view from our room. And at night, you can just see the lights and the colors from the window which was amazing.

The location was a bit far from the pedestrian street where all the Christmas festivities were taking place, so we had to walk quite a bit to get there. Plus, some taxi drivers tried to rip us off because they claimed it was too far, so that was a bit of a mood killer.
